[Running for Fitness] Pogi si sir. Funny too. I jog around the oval every now and then, but my form got a lot better after taking this class, so I was also able to run longer distances without getting as tired. The drills he taught us improved form a lot. Ofc, expect to run almost every meeting, but some days were rest days :) Better if morning sched para di masyadong mainit.more
