Genuinely nice and guides you in executing proper form. Very a-able as long as you memorize the routine for tests and follow the timing. Each student was assigned to lead the warm-up routine, so be sure to memorize the video he’ll send. Set up for this was facilitated by volunteering to lead the day’s warm-up, so you won’t be cold-called to do so. But by the end of the semester, everyone should have led the routine at least once.more
