Attendance is not required, but you SHOULD attend anyways because: 1) It's terrible to miss his *corny*, but laughable jokes; 2) It's hard to catch up, especially when pronunciations of trills and whathaveyou is not your suit. I learned a lot, even if what I took was just an introductory language course. Bonne chance!more

TAKE HIM. French is VERY difficult to learn but he makes it bearable. He makes you feel like he really cares for you with his jokes, questions, and stories. You may not walk out of his class fluent in French but you will walk out as a better person with a smile. TAKE HIM!!!!!more

He is by far one of the best profs i've ever had. French is a hard language to learn, but he made it worthwhile. Super saya ng class niya (although baka may mai-assign din siya na nickname sainyo but oh well) plus his super corny jokes and his Star Wars references haha. Take this prof!! You won't regret it!!! Magaling si sir magturo at magkwento; di lang tungkol sa French, pati sa iba pang mga bagay. Madami kang matututunan. Fun and interactive ang class. Funny si sir. Medyo mahirap nga lang L.E.s lalo na yung final kaya kung exempted ka na para sa 2nd LE, wag mo na kunin kasi mahirap talaga (pero kaya naman). His 7 am classes are worth taking!more

"Bonjour!" He teaches French well. If you're a beginner, you may find his approach fast (I did). But if you always review your lessons then its alright. If you really want to learn French, then you must also do research instead of solely basing on his lessons. He's very friendly too. One more thing, there is recitation to practice speaking.more

His class is fun. He makes an effort to keep the students awake. He is inconsiderate in checking exams though. Tip: taasan niyo na first LE niyo. Kung exempted na kayo sa second LE, wag na mangarap na taasan pa yung grade. Wag na itake para hindi magsisi at manghinayang. Lahat kaming nagtake ng second LE bumaba ng super.more

Kunin niyo siya please. Aside from the language, I learned a lot about my classmates dahil ganun ka-interactive ang class niya. Kilala niya kaming lahat by nickname although baka magbigay din siya ng funny nickname sa'yo kung trip ka niya. THE BEST!!! Sobrang fun niyang magturo and matututo ka talaga. Kahit nagtatawag siya di ka mapepressure, i-eenjoy mo pa. Tapos may mga breaks kami na nagchichikahan lang. May mga nickname rin siya samin. May mahal na poon, may auntie, may anak pa nga siya ron eh. Never mo talagang maiisipan umabsent. <3 TAKE HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!more

BEST PROF EVER. Take mo na, besh. Sobrang funny nya and approachable. Mahirap yung french pero matututo ka talaga. Kahit 7 am class nya, di ka tatamarin pumasok. He also gives inspirational advises on life. THE BEST.more

This is one of those rare classes that would keep you awake no matter what. Very interactive and just fun. Basta mag-effort ka lang, and you would definitely slay those LEs and recitations. Take him na =)))more

TAKE HIM!!!! MONSIEUR NOGOY WAS SO SARCASTIC (WHICH I REALLY LIKED BTW) Although his grading system was kinda hard (80% LE & 20% recitation), kaya naman siya, just y'know, study!! Really enjoyable because he assigns a nickname to almost everyone in the class! You'll find yourself laughing to his jokes! Recommended!more

OMG BESTTTTTTT!!! It doesn't matter if it's a 7 am class cause you'll forget it as soon as sir starts the lesson. Akala mo best friends na kayo paglabas since he really wants to know what you think about the lessons and he enjoys asking the class their opinions about random things. Ang funny ni Sir, hehe. He always finds a way to make the class lively and interactive, bonus pa pag may funny ka rin na classmates. :) Sir also teaches really well and encourages students to learn more. Medj hassle lang sa vocabs kasi you kinda have to learn them on your own. Take this class; it's worth it! Marami kang matututunan.more

This class was super fun kahit 7 am class siya. Most of the time may masisingit siya na joke kaya di ka maboboring. If you ask questions, ibabalik niya rin sayo yung tinanong mo kung naturo niya na yun dati. Exams were okay naman if you study.more

Here's the thing: mabait naman si sir, madaldal, and approachable. Pero his humor is basically making fun of other people, kaya if you're alright with it, get him. Okay naman sya magturo tho you have to learn vocabs by yourself. Pero yun nga, minsan he makes others uncomfortable.more

Sir is fun but personally not so good for my social anxiety, haha 😩 Granted I'm not much of a socially anxious person but recit stressed me out, as he expects you to recite every time. And sir's humor is good-natured (you know he means no harm) but he likes picking on people for fun, if you know what I mean. I learned what I needed to learn though.more
