Ma'am Reez is a really helpful professor. She helped me overcome my fear in writing. She's very approachable and very nice. I am glad I took her class. Though, just like other Eng classes, getting a 1.00 in this Eng 1 is not that easy. You will need to strive hard and do your best.more

She is a really good prof! Ma'am Tiongson always gives constructive and helpful comments whenever she revises your work. The tests are passable, however, you should buckle up for the three papers you're going to write. She has *I think* high standards. I did get a 1.25 though :)more

Ma'am is awesome! Readings are interesting, and she makes an effort to get everyone in on the discussion even at 7AM. Super sipag mag-grade ng papers and sakto lang yung load. P.S. It's MARELLA THERESE not MARIA THERESE. :)

PUNniest prof ever =)) No one escapes Eng 10 without getting the hang of Ma'am Reez's corny yet irresistible puns. Yep, Ma'am Reez is very awesome. You won't complain about getting a "not-so-high-grade" from her because she has good and fair standards. Loved Eng 10 because of her.more

Ma'am's jokes are out of this world. Sabi nila medyo marami siyang requirements sa ENG 10. Pero sa ENG 30 class namin sobrang cool niya! She's really jolly and she rarely misses class. Take her! Marami kang matututunan :)more

Magaling magturo si ma'am at maganda yung mga pinili niya readings para sa class. Kaso nga lang sobrang demanding ng requirements huhu. Ang dami na nga tapos bukod pa dun, napaka taas pa ng standards. Irerecommend ko talaga na itake sana siya kung hindi ganito ka-demanding yung class kasi marami talagang matututunan from her kaso hassle sobra.more

Ma'am is very helpful and approachable. She never gives unreasonable requirements and teaches concepts very well---encouraging the class to ask questions after each topic; just review the exercises and concepts she mentions in class (don't have to read the whole ref. books) for the exams. I appreciated English more and learned more of it bc of her.more

Ma'am is very nice and tries her best to make the discussion fun. The assigned readings were interesting. First exam is easy but don't mema kasi meticulous si ma'am sa answers. Final exam was a bit difficult because it has to do with poems. In general though, would recommend because Ma'am really knows what she's talking about. chill din reqsmore

Super bait ni Ma'am. Napaka-approachable. Masaya yung class kasi madalas ang sharing kaya makikilala mo din ang lahat sa class at magiging friends kayo. Nag-eefort din si Ma'am na makilala lahat ng students nya by name. Humanda lang sa essays dahil major requirements yun. Huwag ding mag-plagiarize, read readings in advance, and never say "stuffs"!more

Ma'am is overall kind and understanding. We made up companies for the class and the way we learned was interesting and interactive. Checks attendance, not strict about lates. Requirements are mostly papers to be revised for a final portfolio at the end of the sem.more
