Insightful si ma'am magturo. Particular sa attendance and punctuality. She also gives writing breaks lalo na pag may requirements. Maraming papers pero I think expected na yun for an Eng 10 class. Funny ang mga lectures nya at madali ang flow ng discussions. Commensurate ang grades nya to how well and logical you've written your paper.
Mam Ancheta is nice and approachable. Medyo mataas ang standards pero kaya naman basta ineeffortan mo talaga yung papers mo. Strict sa attendance and gives points for recitation. Chill lang sa class kasi medyo makwento at madaldal siya. :)more

She checks the attendance at the start of the class, very strict si Ma'am dito kasi pag wala pa daw siya 10min after the supposed time, free cut na daw. Super motherly ni Ma'am. I like how she opens every topic to the class. Makwento si Ma'am and she's sooooo approachable. Meron talagang papers for Eng 10 pero she always give ample time to do these. May recitation din at may long exam at the end of the sem, pero keri. If you want to know more on how to write effectively, you should definitely take her class <3more

She was one of the profs that I really love kasi she's so nice and approachable! Taking her class would be a very good choice. Though, of course you have to put effort in your papers kasi she's meticulous and looks in the content also and not just a mere play of words nevertheless, i suggest you take this.more

Lectures are boring, repetitive and needlessly long. The grading system is arbitrary. For example, I did all the work required and got good grades, but still got a very poor grade. It's rather confounding. The readings were also expensive: ~270php (note: it was optional).more

First of all, English isn't a subject I am good at, but I managed to get a decent grade. This course requires effort because gives a lot of papers (most consisting an avg of 5 pages), and checks every detail. She expects quite a lot from you, but she is extremely friendly and approachable!more
