Always comes late. Earliest he came was 20 minutes after the class started. He usually comes 30 minutes after the class starts. He speaks French straight without explaining what he just said so students are left to figure it out on their own. Always late. Pretty boring but if you pay attention and give some effort to try to understand you'll get it. Hard to approach cause it feels like he's judging you but is willing to answer questions. He expects you to review and memorize past lessons. Difficult class but passablemore
He has his moods. Sometimes, he's fun, sometimes not so much. Asking questions is a feat in itself. I felt like an ant when I'd ask a question. Always late! He arrives just when you think free cut na. He is very strict on pronunciation.more

He might be intimidating at first but is actually willing to answer questions. You just need to study hard in his class. I actually learned from him, though his teaching style requires everyone to recite, it is actually effective for me. I'd actually take him for French 11.more

I was kind of scared to take him at first because of the previous reviews, but they were right. he is impatient and moody. he doesn't give back the papers right away, so you basically don't know what your standing is until your grades come out. everyone recites, and I think that helps a bit. I really don't know what his standards are. ugh.more

Moody, pero magaling naman magturo. Matagal nga lang magbalik ng exam, and in some cases hindi na binabalik at all so you really have to approach him if you want to know your class standing. Either comes to class really late or dismiss you really early. Around 30 mins every time. We ended up cramming at the end of the sem and took make-up classes. Expects more if you're a french major. LOTS of oral dialogues. His exams really test your proficiency in french. Calls out the mistakes so the other students wont repeat it.more

He's alright. The reviews of him on here are a little bit exaggerated. He's a little bit irritable when people mess up but he's pleasant enough, he just wants you to learn. His classes are okay too, not too hard, not too easy. You get what you put in. The pace is kinda slow at first then it gets crammed in the end. But study up and make good notes.more

Crams lectures by the end of the sem, which does not help with the load of work he'd give and lectures you'd have to memorize. Si sir wla ng first day, but matuto tlga kayo ng basic french if that's what you really want. Ung stye nia is more on verbal rather than written, lagi kaming nkikig ng mga french dialogue and lagi niyang hinihimay-himay bawat convo.
