At first para lang siyang nagkwekwento pero incorporated in the stories yung lessons and well-explained ang key points. Sobrang bait and understanding niya. Fun yung class and close siya sa students. Super approachable and as long as you submit all the requirements with your best effort, definitely unoable. :) You'd be in the best hands with him.more

kwentuhan lang. he does integrate the lessons(if you can bother to parse the info). He likes talking about his connections & his experiences at Cambridge/Toudai/Australian National U, etc. He also feeds his students lol. submissions are online; he picks out the best of your work and grades only those. super chill but not really worth it

unoable. sobra. super duper chill, pero wala kang matututunan. kwento lang nang kwento tungkol sa buhay at connections niya. unprofessional. biased towards his students (pag contests/other subjects/recommendation letters)to the point of academic dishonesty. take him IF (1) you want an easy uno and (2) you're okay with absolutely wasting your time.more

Sir is very kind to his students. Yes he may be biased, but aren't we all? And some say you won't learn anything from him, well that's your choice if you decide to really want to learn something from him you will. He tells many stories of his life and while some just seem irrelevant, he does try to see some greater meaning in them.more

I didn't really like him. So biased lalo na kung may connections ka. But he's generous with grades and food. I didn't learn much about writing from him though. Sayang oras. Take him if you don't mind wasting 1 h 30 m of your time for the sake of grades.more

easy uno, sure. but you won't learn anything new that's actually related to creative writing. i regret not speaking out in class whenever he said something casually elitist, hay. he brags a lot. he's very buddy-buddy though, and generous with food. but that's not what i'm here in this university for. i want to learn. i didn't learn in his class.more

"Yes he may be biased, but aren't we all?" You shouldn't make it a standard. He has confessed to grading previous students very highly if they are in his STS class. He has admitted that some orgs won't let him judge anymore bc he gives his students higher scores. He will be biased in your favor. Don't get sucked into the system. This is corruption.more

He's passionate & kind. He feeds students & loves making kwento. Class with him requires a lot of patience. Puro reporting lang, then final paper. First several sessions were about the history of Phil. lit. in English (puro random kwento in between). It's a chill class. Too chill, actually.more

Maraming kwento si sir, pero if papansinin mo yung iba niyang kwento, related talaga siya sa lessons. But more than the subject, you learn life lessons sa kanya :)more
