If di required ang attendance niya, 'wag ka na pumasok. Magugulo lang ang concepts mo sa Chem. Better if you self study nalang or rely on your lab prof. He also gives problem sets that are lengthy and don't even come up in exams.more

Give Dr. Claudio credit for trying his best to teach his class. He's quite knowledgeable in his field, but this tends to lead to him inadvertently discussing topics a little out of reach of the typical student. He'll gladly and patiently answer your queries in consultation.more

He is a professor of utmost uselessness. He does not care about you and your grades. Trust me. After a couple of meetings, you won't be motivated to go to his class anymore. He always deviates from the topics in class. He skips slides that are essential to your LEs and emphasizes on useless trivias. Worst prof I've had so far.

WORST PROFESSOR I HAVE EVER HAD. His lectures also do not help for the LEs. He takes simple subjects and overcomplicates them. His probsets are on topics not in the LEs.more

Medyo nahihirapan siguro siyang mag-stoop down sa mga students dahil talagang he's very knowledgeable sa mga tinuturo niya. Skips slides assuming that the students already know the specified topic. Gets angry over simple things at 'pag hindi nakakasagot ang student. Teaches some advanced but helpful topics. But manageable naman with diligence.more

Hindi mahirap ang Chem 16 pero humihirap dahil sa pagtuturo niya. Nagfo-focus siya sa kung paano niya sino-solve yung problem, hindi sa conventional and easy way. And lagi siyang nag-a-assume na alam na ng lahat yung lesson so ini-skip niya or bibilisan niya. Don't worry kung makuha mo siya, usually sa lab mo matututunan lahat. YES? YES.more

SOBRANG WALANG KWENTA DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PROF. I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME ON THIS PROF. He makes EVERYTHING complicated, I mean EVERYTHING, even basic stoich. If I were you, ditch his class and just self-study since it's just high school chem. Rely on your lab prof instead. Good luck.more

Kahit walang kwenta ang class niya, mapipilitan kang pumasok dahil required ang attendance. It's 1 hour and 30 minutes of boring lecture, mas okay na matulog nalang. Kapag nag-e-explain ng concepts, ginagawa niyang sobrang complicated. Pero kapag inaral mo mag-isa, madali nang magets. Mag-aral ka nalang mag-isa. Wag kang magtiwala sa slides niya.more

Magaling mag explain si sir claudio. Mavivisualize mo kung ano talaga ang nangyayari in molecular level. Hindi niya lang basta sinisimplify yung topics, gusto noya naiintindihan mo talaga yung nangyayari sa chemicals/molecules. Matalino siya. Walang attendance pero nagbibigay ng surprise quiz twice a sem lalo na pag kaunti pumapasok. Respeto langmore

Chem 16 is easy, but the way he teaches reverses the easiness of the course. He is sometimes condescending when you ask him questions. Class isn't helpful because the lessons he focuses on (most of the time) don't show up in exams. He focuses on unimportant and super technical stuff. Not recommended!more

Naging favorite ko ang chemistry dahil sa kanya, madaming matutunan kaya lang minsan hindi kasama sa exams yung ibang topic sa lectures niya. Kala ko worst prof siya pero hindi pala, meron pang mas boring or hindi magaling magturo sa kanya.more

IDK why but ayos naman si Sir ah. I think he had IMPROVED soooo much I'm so proud of him but yeah maybe may pagka-hassle siya and everything, but I think he just wants us to see paano nangyayari yung mga bagay bagay. Kudos to him though :)more

Ineexplain niyang mabuti bawat lesson. Hindi lang basta tinuturo kung paano gawin. Gusto niya alam mo kung bakit ganoon ang nangyayari. Magaling na prof to. Maayos magturo. (May mga bad reviews sa kanya kasi nagbigay siya ng class probset nung nagcut yung mga kaklase ko.) Minsan nagtatawag siya sa klase tas pag di mo nasagot medyo nakakahiya.more

His class is so-so. In terms of teaching, discussion can be VERY boring sometimes, but he gives the slides of the lectures anyway. For his exams, he doesn't like to give multiple choice or T/F so you really need to write well because it's almost all essay. Besides all that, he's generally nice and his class is chill with just 3 exams & one report.more

Chem 153 in itself is already a difficult subject and I think Sir Claudio was able to teach us well in this field. You just have to listen to his discussions, do your own studying and make sure to answer all the items in your probsets kahit pa by group yan. Mahirap siya magpaexam pero mabait siya magpartial points so makakapasa naman :)more

Need mo talagang matutunan kung paano madiscern kung good or bad mood siya pagpasok palang sa pinto. Good mood = great class! Bad mood = GG kayo sa recit. Very helpful naman si sir with questions because he genuinely wants you to learn and understand. Di mo na need panoorin mga video basta aralin mo nang maayos yung handout. Just be transparent with him when problems arise and be active in class.more
