histo dept is rlly strict w loadrevs:( tried loadrevving to lessen my classes (8-5 no breaks) and they rejected me thrice😭 u can try going straight to the histo dept!! they might be able to help umore

they don't allow loadrev for commute reasons? this was my main reason for most, if not all, my loadrev requests. as a girlie who loadrevved every semester possible (since 1st sem 2nd year up to the very last sem) haha it's the most effective reason I've used.more

no don't worry, you'll be fine. very organized discussions; just read the readings in your own time. you don't have to attend sessions to get high on quizzes, but take note you only have 4 cuts. 60 percent of classes are asynch though her multiple choice tests are very easy (the module tests). make sure to have read all the readings + canvas pages for that lesson at least once. you don't need to memorize hard facts, just read it. like legit i remember one question of her quiz before was "who was the author of this --- reading," multiple choice. no essay type questions during her face to face tests. other requirements are the groupworks, you'll be with 1 group the whole semester. she grades very high for those requirements, just don't cram and you won't have that much mental stress. group requirements would be more on research + discussion boards, and we had an easy roleplay. get a good group. i prefer her to other histo profs with limited assessments as she has a lot that you can pull your grade up with. she's also very direct to the point, along with her questions (they won't mess with your mind). she's not a life changing prof by any means, but i assure you you'll be fine. again, just read, don't cram, and you'll survivemore

read the material way ahead of time and understand it as much as you can 😭 also get good groupmates for the projects her quizzes as super specific, small details in the 50 pages readings, so best to take notes on it and during class. Good luck! Also, she’s really mean… poor EQ type… but don’t let it affect you because it’s just histo.more

pros: super organized on canvas and schedule of onsite meetings so you can plan ahead cons: everything else, would not recommend :>
