Sobrang daming pwedeng matutunan sa PI 100 pero hindi niya naturo kahit part ng syllabus niya. Machika kaya nakakaubos ng oras. Fun ang klase pero sayang lang talaga yung learning opportunity, lalo na kung naghahanap ka ng mas malalim na analysis kay Rizal.more

Teaching wise, he's really bad. Life lesson wise, this guy has a lots of good stuff. Read the readings day before a session and you're good. Pour everything into your final paper. I failed every quiz and tres'd the LE, but worked my ass off in the final paper and got a 1.25. Higher probably if I did better sa quizzes. Recite often para maalala ka.more

He's super funny and he seems like he knows a lot about his field. HOWEVER, halos wala akong natutunan sa kanya kasi masyado siyang machika. Dami rin niya magpaper pero parang hindi naman niya binabasa.more

Inenlist ko kasi chill pero andaming requirements bigla kasi nakita niya raw sa Profs to Pick na chill siya masyado lol. Though di siya pumapasok sa class masyado, mga 6 times siguro kami nagfreecut kasi no show siya. Paulit-ulit mga sinasabi. Sa readings lang ako may natutunan tbh. Pero mabait si Sir. Hehe.more

He didn't show up a lot pero dahil daw nasustuck siya sa traffic kasi umaatend naman siya sa second niyang class. Sa una nagustuhan ko siya dahil chill siya at makikita mo ang passion niya for teaching. Walang kwenta ang mga readings na pinabili niya kasi 5 lang siguro babasahin mo dun. Pero sa end ng sem, biglang dumami ang mga reqs. Hassle.more

Half the time he doesn't show up, and during the other half wherein he does, he usually comes in 1 min before free cut. His discussions were pretty engaging, and I won't deny that I learned a lot. He asks you to write a few 1.5k-2k word papers, (no final paper yay) but I doubt he reads them. Majority of our class got 1.25, regardless of quiz scoresmore

Wala siyang pake sa students niya lol tapos hate ka na niya kapag conyo ka so good luck na lang lol. Either absent siya or late lagi -yung tipong 1 minute free cut na tsaka dadating. Wala kaming ginawa half ng sem tapos biglang andaming reqs as in WTF pero atleast 1 time big time nalang. Medyo hassle pero kebs, masshokt ka sa CRS momore

It's very difficult for person who doesn't influence in Filipino. Esp the exams were even harder for me. Hard to understand because the exam is not formal. I like his personality because he is very nice and funny and gives a lot of relevant stuff. But the grades is not fair enough because he doesn't give enough class like lecture.more

I don’t get all the hate bc Jocson is okay naman as a prof??? Not the best, yeah, but I’ve nothing bad to say. He’s late every now and then, but HE DOES TEACH! And he’s generally nice. I got a 2.00 in PI, but that’s largely bc I half-assed it and I’m not a fan of Rizal so I wasn’t motivated talaga.more
