hi!! took maam mitzie under mkt 113 (marcomm). it was her first sem teaching last sem i think! teaching-wise, maam mitzie really knows her stuff! she holds synchronous classes once a week and theyre just summaries of the modules (sometimes the modules are long, but u dont have to finish them before the next synch class). some of her synch classes were also talks from the work agency she currently works for! very insightful. she also tries to be very engaging in class which helps 🙂 workload wise - not bad at all! her assessments were really simple and straight to the point. it wasnt very heavy either. she would give assessments for each module. groupworks were also very light bc she doesnt require to u make a paper or send any passes! just the final presentation. would recommend u consult with her AS MUCH as u can. shes super insightful! shes the only prof i met that rlly drills down on ur work and tells u what to change/revise as in she wants the best output talaga 🥺❤️ gradewise - wouldn't call her an easy A because she really knows her stuff. but its not impossible! would recommend u consult with her lang and ask as many questions overall, kinda shocked she has sm slots pa! HAHA shes a super chill yet insightful prof. she also gives u the grade u deserve 😁 10/10 recommend!more

Hellow! I hope you don’t think this is biased since Im her daughter 🤣 but shes actually a very caring prof and is really passionate about teaching. She would often talk to me about her students and tell me how proud she is of them or how she was impressed by certain presentations. As for her teaching style she doesnt go by the books and will teach you things that actually happen in the advertising world. NOTE: all she wants is to craft incredible marketeers thatll perform well in the real world. You’ll most probably have talks from people in advertising during synch sessions in exchange for lectures. She doesn’t really believe in the readings and tries to make her class as engaging and fun as possible :> Carmencita nacianceno is NOT an easy A but you can get a b or b+ with effort. All you have to do is show her that you’re passionate about her class. Will she curve? Most probably. She has a very soft heart and doesn’t like giving low grades as much as possible🤣 please do take care of her she’s a certified boomer and will need help with zoom HAHAHA. Definitely one of the best mktg profs out there and I promise you will end up loving her while learning a lot! Take it from me I’ve been her student for 20 yrsmore

Hi !! I took Mitzie’s class last semester and I might be biased (cos she gave me an internship 🤪) but I think it was one of the best decisions I’ve made during enlistment !! She’s very immersed in the marketing industry (given that she currently works under McCann) so her lessons and insights are rooted from real-life experiences. You’ll definitely see a newer and fresher perspective on marketing (and this coming from a ctm major who’s been exposed to it since freshie year 😆) Workload wise, I’d say light to moderate. She’s not necessarily strict on deadlines but she does have a higher standard of grading. She’s very open naman to consultations so take advantage of that ! Do manage your time well though !! A lot of us crammed our final presentation just because there were no checkpoints/ progress reports Also ! If you happen to take her 3-hour classes, do note that she doesn’t really maximize the entire class time. It’s only ever 2 hours or sometimes 1 1/2 hours. She does try to hold classes every week so expect that din. Overall would take Mitzie again !! Her class was very fun and engaging; made me realize that marketing might actually be a field I’ll be into after grad 🤍🤍more

Took her for MKTG 113 last sem and honestly she’s one of my fave profs! Agree with ’s comments above; workload is relatively light-moderate depending on how much effort you put into crafting your IMC plan for the final project! She teaches various topics extensively - even invites marketing experts to provide learning sessions about certain topics in crafting IMCs (Strategic Idea, Consumer Insighting) which is honestly a big plus if you’re serious about marketing! Definitely not an easy A class - but you’ll learn so much important marketing concepts which are used in the real world. Would say class average is B, and you can get A/B+ with a good amount of effort and the right marketing plans! Tips lang would be to regularly consult regarding your IMC plan because she provides a lot of suggestions on how your IMC plan can be improved!more
