Ang bait ni sir! Dami niyang kwento about sa buhay niya. He knows what he is teaching and mataas siya magbigay ng grade! Meron lang 2LEs and di naman ganoon kahirap you just have to study.more

I actually learned something in this course! Sir is interesting even if sometimes only he talks. You will not leave the classroom without learning something Had 2 objective exams + essay, VERY FAIR in grading as the reviews claim. Exams are even returned via consultation! Needed to read 2 novels at first two weeks, which may be part of exammore

I took this class a year ago already and I still feel like he really deserves to be reviewed in a good light. Take him. He's such a breath of fresh air. His class monologues will always leave you inspired and ready to take on the challenges of life. P.S. He likes fruitcakes and talking about his archer wife and family. <3more

1st half of the sem he will throw balls and whoever catches has to answer but worry not di naman mahirap minsan abt personal opinion mo lang/experience it's not too serious. 2nd half of the sem puro reporting na tas he asks questions and tells the class to ask too. 2 exams, some quizzes, take notes!more

Very understanding tatay si sir! He's very concerned w/ his students and wants them to be good people as the end goal. Feel ko I became a better person after taking his class tbh. Also, he has lots of kwento (contributes to u as a better person tho) BUT when he does talk about the lesson sobrang galing niyang maturo talaga :--( Altho hindi ezmore

Isa to sa mga fave class ko e. You'll notice that he is really knowledgeable in his field and you'll appreciate the nuggets of wisdom he throws every now and then. He is a good prof and a good man. 1 novel reading (with diagnostic quiz) + 2 LEs + scrapbook project (wag iunderestimate). Effort lang if you want uno.more

While Professor Naval speaks well, he has the habit of veering away from the topic, rendering us unable to finish on time within the period and within the semester.more

Although I appreciate his stories na lakas maka-tito of mnl (yung tipong nalulunod ka na sa wisdom ganun), I think he needs to learn how to manage his time better and avoid veering from the topic! Sobrang gahol na kami nung last few weeks of the sem! :( But yes, I believe his insights made me a better person! Easy lang din yung exams if you study!more

sobrang hassle na scrapbook project, spends most of his lectures rambling abt his life, and then makes the students teach the rest of the syllabus. in our case he spent 3/4 of the sem on 4 out of 15 philosophers (due to all his stories), tas yung class na bahala magturo after. makes sexist comments every now and then. dont take him if u love urselfmore

While he is very knowledgeable about the topics, I find him arrogant as a professor. Sometimes, he spends the whole class period making kwento about his life which to me felt like a vanity speech conveying nothing but his holier-than-thou attitude. He has this condescending tone whenever one of his students says something wrong.more
