unfortunately he was not my prof for msys 40, but for msys 42. they have different activities I do think he’s A-able but I can’t really guarantee you because for the course itself no matter who you enlist in, it depends (because you will have random groupmates and unique clients per group) but in general, sir drei gave us partial points for class activities if he saw that you tried or he saw your thought process then for our quizzes they were all in canvas so he just follows that not sure how he graded the deliverables of the groups under him, but he seems to be hands-on with them (tip: for BAD in general it’s best to do deliverables asap and consult with the prof you’re assigned to if you want a higher chance of receiving a high grade) for quizzes it’s per module. as long as you understand the slides well you’re good he gets questions there with a mix of situational questions the heavy requirements for this course are the deliverables for your project (which you will be doing for almost a year) then the rest are manageable or lightmore

Had him for 41 and 42 (had sir Pao for 40), honestly I prefer him over sir Pao! He’s really fatherly and takes the time to explain concepts and never made me feel dumb for asking questions hahaha, bonus that he uses mac because as a mac user i felt kinda left behind given the nature of our course’s coding and profs mainly using windows. He’s also quite forgiving with attendance since his class is 8, i was kinda consistently late but he is considerate (he himself also chooses to start class at 8:10). grading is good too hehe but that’s mainly coming from your deliverables anywaysmore

THE GOAT FOR REAL‼️He was the mentor for my BAD group and lecturer for MSYS40 and 41. I would say he's very straightforward when it comes to consultations/sprints and it's true that he's very hands on with his groups. His quizzes are on Canvas per module (though I highly advise to understand the material from heart, trust me) and manageable if you read through the slides. He also has always encouraged us to be efficient with our time when it comes to making the system in MSYS42 as our SCRUM master. Definitely A-able, especially in MSYS40!more

had him for msys 42 this sem really loved going to class even if it’s 8am in the morning. sir makes the lessons digestible and is very open to questions. also gives great insights when you consult with him.more
