Mas maganda kung hindi umabsent, kasi sinusunod talaga ni ma'am yung course outline (as in may dates per lesson pa). Okay magturo si ma'am, nagbibigay siya ng time para magtake kayo ng notes per slide. May break times din! 10-minute break every time kakatapos niyo sa ilang parts ng lesson, para daw marest yung mind. Good prof!more

She teaches really well. She gives homeworks and quizzes everyday for you to master the topics. She smiles a lot. Recit has no bearing on your grade. Exams are okay.
Ma'am Orillaza is really nice but firm professor. Sobrang organize niya as in. Consistent siya buong semester at talagang sinusunod niya ang syllabus. Madami kang matututuhan at kailangan talaga nag-aaral at nagbabasa rin sa class niya kasi nagbibigay siya ng quizzes.more

Sobrang nakaka-uplift ng spirit yung aura ni ma'am. Lagi syang naka smile and napaka delicate ng boses pag nagtuturo. Maapprecite mo ng sobra yung mga Learning Checks(LC) niyo kasi it serves as a refresher lalo na pag may exams. Sobrang helpful ng pagiging organized ni ma'am, anxiety-reducing and she goes to lengths to make you feel comfortable and relaxed in her class (though of course you have to do your part too by doing the readings and reviewing). She teaches okay but I was quite disappointed that she didn't teach us how to use SPSS, which is very important for all our majors that come after Psych 110. I would not recommend taking her class if you want to learn more about SPSS, because you're going to use a lot of that in succeeding psych classes.more

I now have a deeper and greater understanding of psych because of ma'am orillaza. She's strict but in a considerate manner. She encourages the class to participate and is very accommodating with questions. There are times when she gets super annoyed though like when someone uses his/her phone during class and doesn't follow her instructions.more

Ma'am Orillaza manages to strike a balance between being kind and strict. She was able to comply with most of the necessary skills needed in Statistics, however, we were unable to touch upon SPSS. Exams are okay, but she's pretty strict when checking them. You'll have a quiz pratically every day, but they're helpful naman. Overall, she's ayt.more
