Sir DQ is the I-could-pretty-well-be-your-barkada kind of prof, not that there's something wrong with that. :) Compared to the other classes, POLSC 150 under him is relatively lighter in load. He gives a couple of readings and thenhe discusses it in class. We had a research paper (which we had to do with a partner) and an individual essay as reqs.more

Super galing ni Sir Quilala as a prof, one of the best I've taken. He's approachable and friendly, explains concepts very well. However, you need to study for his exams to be able to get high. Just read the readings! :) He takes attendance on the dot (no grace period), pero hindi naman siya part ng grading criteria. Natatandaan ni Sir ang late tho!
Magaling si Sir Quilala! :) Fun pa yung class and marami kang matututunan. May required readings per session pero di naman super hassle basahin. Objective yung exams at madali lang kapag nakikinig ka talaga. Take down notes din pala kasi yun yung lalabas sa exam.more

The discussions are amazing. Three exams na all objective tapos may group works for bonus points. I'm not a big of his exams kasi purely objective but his lectures are eye-opening. It's not a chill subjects but it sure is worth it!more

I am not a fan of the way he gives exams. I think it too by the book and doesn't encourage critical thought. Then again, the subject is for those with ample memory skills but not much else. Nevertheless he teaches well, and as long as you actually understand the readings your grades will be as bright as his headmore
