Mixed feelings. Mabait si ma'am, alam naman niya yung tinuturo niya, namimigay pa ng prizes minsan, very considerate pero kung madali kang antukin... hahaha. IF YOU WANT TO TASTE HELL, TAKE HER!!! She mixes up her classes!! She thinks that what has been said to one section has been said to all!! She teaches well BUT she often adds too much side stories that you'll just find yourself lost in the discussion.
SHE GIVES PRIZES PERO SA FIRST TWO MONTHS LANG AFTER THAT BOOM WALA NA. LAGI NIYA NAPAGHAHALO YUNG MGA CLASSES NIYA AND MOST OF THE TIME DI KO SIYA MAINTINDIHAN. She is very nice, give gifts during your birthday and candies every time your recite! However, whenever she explains a topic, she often gets sidetracked and go to a new topic entirely. She also often complicates things when she tries to explain a topic throughly. She gives out all papers at the end of the sem, so do them early!!more

Chill sya sa simula. As in discussions lang, especially grammar. Though minsan, nakakaligaw yung sinasabi nya. Masaya rin na nagbibigay sya ng gifts/prizes tuwing magrerecite ka or birthday mo. :) Pero yung papers, as in magka-cram ka sa end ng sem kung di mo nasimulan agad. Plus, idk kung ako lang pero ang inconsistent ng deadline nya :(more

Just have to do your papers early. I had a hard time learning that. :( Na-enjoy ko yung class niya kasi ang dami kong natutunan. Mapipilitan ka talagang mag-isip sa pag a-analyze ng mga readings na ibinibigay niya. Naging active ang class namin sa kanya. Malalaman mo talaga ang mga iba't ibang perspective ng mga tao. :)))more

Para siyang academic paper kung magsalita. You will end up cramming the papers at the end of the sem so be prepared. She is approachable but sometimes, when you ask her something the second time, naiiba ang sinasabi niya. She may say the her exam is unoable but that is only right if you think and talk like her.more

I appreciated short stories and poetries even more because of our discussions in class. Kahit na feeling mo ayaw mo talaga maghanap ng symbolisms, meaning, etc., sa literature, you'll enjoy this subject b/c of how she teaches. Reqs: 2 exams (2nd exam is a paper), 1 groupwork, 2 analysis papers, 1 creative output, & class presentation.more

I can't be grateful enough to have had a class under Maam Bambi. Grabe. Sobrang galing ni maam, highly intellectual at malalim, very motherly and understanding:) Liberal yung class, di strict sa late, pero siyempre effort din sa pagiging punctual when you can talaga. Kung tinake niyo siya, recite and read your readings esp habang wala pang exams!more

People may find her stories boring but i like how it gives insights to her personality. But don't be lulled by how chill the class is kasi baka malimutan mo may papers ka pa. Do them asap so as not to have them pile up.more
