Agree with the other comment!! Also had her 2nd sem (2021-2022) for Mktg 145 (first thesis class for mgt students). Ma’am vanny is new but she’s nice, approachable, and very understanding when it comes to deadline adjustments or late submissions. - Very tita like kind of nice and approachable!! - She’s also very driven and passionate about what she teaches!! 1.) Teaching style: - You can learn a lot from her and she comes from a lot of mktg/business experiences, but I have to mention that she has *recitation* during classes, she calls out all the groups and asks people to recite, but those times are also when she gives tips on how to improve the business models and strategies. - So make sure you guys attend the classes!! 2.) Works/Reqs: - Since it’s a thesis class, most of the work are *hands-on and practical on the business creation and development*, less output/paper reqs and fairly manageable!! - Although I also have to mention that her standards for outputs are *somewhat high, she is strict towards certain reqs, but still reasonable* 3.) Final Grade: - She’s definitely B+ able but with some work and effor, and B if lax of low effort. I do recommend if ever you guys think about getting ma’am!more

hello!! ma'am vanny is fairly new to LS when I had her but has been teaching daw Saturday classes to graduate students (Marketing for Non-Marketers ata) - had her 2nd sem last AY, for MKTG145 (Business Dev't) aka our first thesis subj - very tita/mom-like and knows what she's teaching firsthand - medyo challenging lang because, since she's new, she's also a bit unfamiliar with LS systems and has to consult her dept heads a lot for questions the students have re: course requirements, etc. - assessments are fairly easy! have to take note of deadlines tho because sometimes she opens discussion boards during 11am sync classes then closes the portal on the same day at 5pm - during finals, we had panelists that were her co-professors and they kinda roasted us cos we didn't know any of their comments cos she didn't teach it to us:"(( - even if she's confusing sometimes and probably lacks undergrad teaching experience, she tries her best for sure and you'll enjoy learning vs other profs IMO - probably B+ able for me at most lmao just be active and ask a lot of questions wsy!! hehemore
