Chill but fast; stressful 3-hour accounting-cycle exams

Had him for ACCT 115: - i’d say his chill and also nice but he teaches quite fast (but u can ask him to backtrack wtvr he was discussing naman if u get lost mid lecture) - if you took up ABM in HS, i’d say it’s an advantage because atleast you have the basics of accounting already (as a STEM student i got lost quite often but bearable & manageable) - a good thing is that i think we’re the only class(?) that used excel/gsheets because i’ve heard the other classes had to use pen and paper - get good groupmates because some of the HWs would be by group - stressful midterms and finals because we only had around 3hrs to complete a whole accounting cycle and financial statements (journal entries, ledgers, 14-column worksheet, financial statements) - idk if this is good or not but i’d also say he’s a curve god AHAHAHAHAH (i surprisingly got a B even if my outputs did not have d best grades) - idk if it will change but he does not count our attendance (but i don’t suggest cutting an acct class) - OVERALL, i think the final grades depend on the standing of the class (or of all of his classes) so I can’t really say if he’s A-able and stuff AHAHAHAHAAHAHAHmore

Took Duhaylongsod for FAA 101.1 and I can say he teaches a lot of new stuff all at once (cuz of the of topics the curriculum makes you learn in a short amount of time) but he always makes sure that everyone understands what he’s saying. He repeats important info 3 times per sentence 😂. Still ended up not listening to most lectures cuz the plethora of things going over your head makes the class boring but he uploads all the recoded lectures, practice problems, ppt, study guide, and crammed notes on canvas so if u are a crammer, this truly helps. Overall, he does curve a lot and even gave bonus on the quizzes (which were all online). B with low effort. B+ with mid effort. Definitely A-able with effort and finesse 😉more
