Hello! I had him last sem and he's a pretty chill prof and he made the class more enjoyable! Definitely a-able with effort of course! For requirements, we had 5 reflection papers (one for each module), a video documentary, and orals. For the reflection papers, sir really encourages us to connect the lessons with our experiences. I think he also likes it when we research about stuff for the reflection paper. Just yap your heart away:) For the video documentary, we were tasked to choose topics that were discussed during the semester and basically make a video about it. Lastly, for the orals, sir will provide thesis statements like a week or two before the actual orals. You can sign up for when you wanna take them! Sir allows index cards nmn and he was really chill. Tbh, I'm not a big fan of orals, but I was a bit less nervous when I was taking it with him. Overall, he's really nice and I would definitely take him again!more

Very accommodating prof! We had 1-2 weeks to accomplish each reflection paper, but he was lenient with moving deadlines if the class had concerns. For the papers, he’s a pretty generous grader, so as long as you discuss your points well and submit on-time, you’ll get an A/B+. The final was a video documentary done in grps of 2-10+. My suggestion there is to get good grpmates and ideally more than 5 kayo so you can do smthn more ambitious. If Sir Dave sees that you understand the topic & put effort in making the video entertaining, it’s an easy A. He wasn’t strict with attendance but that’s likely bcos we were a 6:30-8pm class LOL. Lectures are chill and you can breeze through orals if you mention everything in the slides. Sir appreciates it din if you mention other topics he brought up in class. I say take him for the stress-free experience & medium workload!!more
