a lot of people will say shes an easy A but thats NOT true 😭 i took her during 23-24 and it was like she was trying rlly hard to be a “terror prof” like she’d get mad over random things. during our departmental exam, none of the questions there were taught to us. the only questions we could answer were from our LAB class with a different professor.more

easy B/B+. He pioneered the subject so he knows the modules rlly well and is part of the sports management industry. Had it for intersession last year, we were divided into groups and were made to choose sporting bodies and report about it. As long as you report well and know all the stuff about what you are reporting abt ur good bc sometimes he asks questions abt things u missed in ur report that u should know about. He also appreciates questions and discussions in class and the subject is rlly interesting naman like corruption, doping, the ej obiena issue and other issues in the bodies governing the sports industry. We also had objective quizzes about the modules. If u need more info u can pm me!more

as someone who has known sir andy since my senior high days, i can’t say anything about his teaching style or grading style but i can guarantee that he is one of the most approachable people you will ever meet. i’m very comfortable sharing my unfiltered thoughts with him despite knowing he’s a professor because he’s always willing to listen. i also have yet to hear any complaints about him from friends who take classes under him, so i think that’s a good sign! he’s also very passionate about the performing arts, so if you’d like to get closer to him, i’d say that’s your opening :pmore

really nice and knows how to connect with his students!! he’s a recent grad so he still remembers what it’s like to be us. his class is almost… too easy at times imo, as in the assessments are just personal reflection papers with not much application of class content? that could be a pro or con depending on what you’re looking for but overall i’d recommend him!more

Hiii! I had 2 profs you mentioned. here's a summary iirc, Sir Lim doesn't require a printed syllabus. Key thing to remember for his class are his group reports. He may seem intimidating when asking questions so prepare well for them. Plan and approach your presentation from the moment it was given and have mock runs just in case. Read the readings well and proofread any papers you will pass. Ma'am So also doesn't require a printed syllabus. Her class is genuinely one of the most thought provoking classes I had. I'm assuming you're taking Histo 11 under her. She makes learning about Rizal relevant to our contemporary period and issues. All I have to say is be aware of your biases in reports, essays, and recitations.more

176 is an interesting class tbh, doc kat can just be polarizing in that if easy a lang habol mo then shes PERFECT but if you actually want to learn concrete things medyo malabo she is very nice and accomodating though. always good mood, could not make her mad unless u so do some heinous shit. VERY chatty, which again, is a good thing or a bad.more

Hello! Sir Andy is a new member of the IS faculty, but he was my G12 (SY 22–23) EAPP and 21CL teacher back in ASHS. He's a very kind, understanding, and approachable teacher, and has a lot of insights on the many aspects of literature (it was honestly a surprise for me to learn he is also interested in music). He's also the audio person for some of the theater productions in the univ. Although I can't say for certain though how he grades nowadays, but when I was his student, only a few in our class got high marks. I sincerely hope you take a shot at his class and enjoy it too!more
