Aly Yap grades fairly! He is also quite friendly to some students. He likes it if your answer is wrong, because it lets you and the class think about how to get it right, it gives everyone the opportunity to think. That's him. I consulted with him before when I got lost with the lesson, then he told me to get one of his ppt's and let me explain to him each topic. And he just waited for me to process each topic until I can explain it to him correctly. He will not spoonfeed you like that, which was actually really helpful. During tests, he goes around and looks at some of his students' test and sometimes comments on it (which you know if you're lost, that's v helpful for you). TBH I loved OR. If you find his teaching quite vague or smth, just ask him. He also reviews us days before the LT like gives us practice problems from past LTs to answer. I think he's nice haha! I'll add more stuff here if i remember =)more

OMG RT FAV!! he's the type who doesn't leave any of his students behind. Also, he really makes you love and appreciate OR; he's a really engaging prof who makes the Saturday 1-4PM classes worth it HEHEmore
