Hello! Deserved niyang masulatan ng review dahil sa totoo lang I wish someone gave more deets and I just know this sem could’ve been lighter had I known what was coming. Course Requirements: His requirements are actually do-able. The only reason why you’d let your guard down is because of how far the deadlines are so… don’t do that. The reqs are the following: - 2 Exams (Midterm & Final) - 1 Individual Case Study - 2 Passes for Group Project (1st Pass & Final Pass na agad.) - Group Project Presentation - Participation (10%?) For the exams, yes may cheat sheet but wala talagang kwenta if you’re not familiar with the concepts because whatever is practiced in class, 4-5x harder ang lalabas sa exam. So, don’t cut as much as possible and try to actually watch videos related to the problem-solving methods involved. Yes, problem-solving lang meron sa exam so don’t memorize anything, just understand tlga and know it by heart through practice (kahit 1-2 samples per concept oks na yan). Indiv. case study was kinda easy. We had to go to any place outside Katip and analyze how any of the 10 OM areas is applied. Proof will be required via picture. He’ll give a Group Project PDF File but clarify with him re: instructions. Most groups got C+ because we followed his instructions sa file. It turned out na he just wanted the top 3 OM areas with issues in the company you choose. Regarding your company, you’ll be required to visit once/twice (dep. on your group tbh) but it’s almost impossible to get everything u need in 1 visit + prioritize the info you need before going. Most sites are in provinces so prepare your wallets dahil mapapagastos kayo sa gas/food/commute. This group project has torn friendships apart so I highly recommend you make sure your goals are aligned with gmates (whether chill lang/aiming for a high grade). Consult with Sir as much as you can! Once before submission should be fine. The panel presentation will be done with 3 panelists and you’ll have 30 mins. to present. Highly recommend you focus on the issues of the company + solutions. We paid too much attention in informing them about the company. Be as straightforward as possible because like Sir Jimenez, they see thru the bs. Credits din to my groupmates for the tulungan maraos yung project namin khit na sa Bulacan pa site ng company nmin (cc: ) For participation, he’s likely to give you full credit naman and he says wala siyang criteria for it. I highly recommend tho that you print his slides depending on the syllabus. Accurate naman syllabus niya but super info overload lectures niya so it’s more digestable if nakaprint (for me). Mas madaling sundan which concepts will come out of the exam and which ones aren’t so you can scope on what you need to review. Note: If he didn’t teach it, it won’t come up. If he did, it will so mark/note which ones he did. To be honest, in terms of grading, I’m highly confident na A/B+-able siya with a lot of effort. I hope those who see this will make the most out of it kasi his classes are nakakadrain/info overload tlga. Hell, even this review is info overload but trust me it’ll help you pace yourselves. The general average sa kanya rn is most likely B/B+. Yung group projects lng tlga pinaka mabigat na requirement kasi if the company ghosts you and wala kang contingency na company… gumawa ka nlng ng fake company chariz! Nonetheless, Sir really is good vibes, medyo seryoso lng pero kaya naman kabiruan basta related sa subject. Mahirap siya patawanin i swear. But he’s good in what he teaches, he’s just very hands off and doesn’t spoon feed tlga. Goodluck!more

Hello! Got a B+ with MAX effort. Not worth the stress and anxiety tbh. Will expound on some of the points mentioned! PROS: - Curves. His curve/grading system is kind of weird but it's really beneficial in a way na you just need to meet the minimum to get the max QPI equivalent of that letter mark. For example, a B+ ranges from 3.3 to 3.75 but you just need to meet the minimum score for a B+ and he'll give you a 3.75 for that assessment - Participation is mostly free since discussions aren't really engaging masyado. He asks the class sometimes but I think it's mostly down to attendance - Easy case study, it will pull up your grade - Teaches relatively well naman CONS: - His exams are so, so DIFFICULT. While you are allowed to bring 1 cheat sheet (A4, back to back), he emphasizes on studying the end of chapter exercises from he book he bases his lectures on (which he did not give the class). In terms of difficulty, personally midterm > final but both are still difficult huhu. Tip for his exams—I think he gets some of the problems directly from the book kasi that's what he did for the midterm. You're also not allowed to have ANY erasures in your answer sheet or you get a 0 for that item - His project = hell. It was borderline professional work and overall getting a company for it can be extremely difficult/time consuming - Not considerate sometimes. Our class once asked if we could move the Pass 2 deadline but he had a compromise that he wouldn't give feedback - Book was not provided, and our beadle (credits to ) had to find it B/B+-able with ultra effort. Would not take sir again;-;more

, we didn't see their final grades for us but like Sir Jimenez, they give what you deserve. So, if eme eme lang solutions ng group, they will call you out. For the average grading ng panelists sa iba't ibang group, I'd say they're more on the generous side.more

hey op! I took him for ITMGT and failed his finals (mistake on my end, he didn't let me take it because I forgot my pen) but got a D naman. Make sure that you get a B+ – A for every other assessment that he has:))more
