— take notes during her discussions, minsan yung examples sa class din yung lilitaw sa assessment hehe 😉
— when you're reciting / sharing in class, she really makes you feel like someone understands / listens to you 🤍more

Very good lecturer but some of the assessments are reasonably difficult. You will read a bunch of ML papers and implement the architectures, which is surprisingly less straightforward than it soundsmore

here r some notes (my longest prof review yet but bear w me pls i lov her sm)
- very manageable workload! we only had 4 quizzes, disc boards, and a final project na madali lang din! in our case she let us choose whether we wanna have finals or not
- answer her discussion boards! dun lang sya humuhugot ng grades + her quizzes
- ACE HER QUZZES. that was my mistake kaya i got a D sa advisory marks HAHAHAH 1 quiz is 10% of the grade. anyway madali lang naman, multiple choice lang sya (she always gives a super random bonus question)
- her quiz questions r situational, so its best talaga to understand the lesson. she'll provide ppts naman before quizzes but u should listen to her discussions regardless kasi mas maggrasp mo yung topic.
- recite in her class as well! dw di mahirap questions its more of a self reflection. i also think its an advantage pag kilala ka nya. i also appreciate how she took time to memorize our names talaga cause afaik she knows everyone in our class!
- SUPER BAIT istg socsci will legit feel like therapy. she really knows her words well and di ka mabobore sa teaching method nya kasi ang interesting nya magturo??
- in terms of grading, def A-able. kala ko talaga B na highest ko bec i failed 1 quiz but mainly its bec binawi ko rin naman sya by exerting 101% effort sa following reqs HAHAHHA imagine from D sa adv marks nahila ko pa siya to A 😭

Came back here after taking her. Classic psych prof in terms of expectations and tests. Just memorize the book since the tests are mostly objective. I'd expect the same from every other psych prof. Don't get left behind. Try to get some studying done everyday and try not to cram everything right before the long test.
In terms of personality, she's the sweetest 🥺 She really cares about you and leaves little notes on ur seatwork, some of which were just for fun like we could draw at the back of our paper when we finished early.more
