Hi!!! Took Ms. Jonah last 2nd sem and you’re in good hands!!! Ms makes discussions engaging with some short activities before beginning the class:) She’s also super nice and understanding 🥹 As for her assessments, you have 2 LTS (mult. choice, identification, essay). It may seem a lot but as long as you listened during discussions and studied the module, you’ll be fine!!! (Everything in the LT was discussed) You also have a group assessment wherein you’ll analyze a company (of your choice) in terms of HRM. It’s divided into Team Mission 1, Team Mission 2, and Final Presentation. There are sometimes short surprise quizzes about the past discussion also. Final is to submit an indiv personal development plan (infographic + video explanation). She also made us attend any of the wellness activities last sem, in replacement of a quiz, and we just had to write about our experience. Overall super A-able:) (grades jus got released and I was able to get an A in her class:))more
