Highly recommend! Taking her right now. Same as the review above, lectures can be long sometimes but she facilitates the class well by checking up on us and inserting activities as a way to demonstrate her lectures. There are quizzes for every module, 3 LTs, and a Final Exam. I say they're all very manageable naman as long as you listen in class and review the slides (it helped others to read the assigned chapters but as for me, i only read it for some LTs and did fine—read it pa rin pls!). Don't just memorize terms but actually understand the functions/concept. While lecture may seem long, they end early in the sem to give way for experiments (lab). Ms is also very easy to communicate with! Please get a good class beadle because streamlining announcements for Lab is very important. Sem is not yet over but A is not impossible specially for lec (92 & up) while lab is perhaps more B+able but A with consistently good effort (95 & up)! Hopefully, you also have great groupmates for the experiments/research writing:)) Don't worry about this prof—you're in good hands!more

ok now the semester is over I can post my review na :DD It was Ma'am Gabby's first time handling undergrad and I'm vv grateful to be part of her first batch of students! Not to mention, I became her beadle as well. As for being her beadle, it's not too much nor too little work...she'll put you in charge for checking the attendance as well as counting the cuts for your classmates. You'll also be in charge of relaying important announcements. She's very punctual in replying and easy to talk to as well ! As for her lectures, they tend to be very long especially at the start of the sem where the lecture and lab periods will both be used for lectures. She tries to balance this though by asking us if we're okay and if we need a 3-min break. She also lets us play games to better understand the topic and work as a group too! Requirements can be challenging but survive-able ! Overall, if you end up in her class, you're in good hands!
