i think he's new(?) so im leaving this as a review for sir mon after taking him this sem.
he's incredibly approachable as a professor and very well-versed in the modules. values entertaining questions regarding the topic at hand, and overall very nice prof. requires paper and pen for notes but allows gadgets for digital bibles.
workload wise, he's very light on reqs. we didn't have an oral for a final, but we did have two faith narrative essays (one at the start, one at the end), there were supposed to be three quizzes but got reduced to two due to the acad calendar. we also had the usual hermeneutical report.
grade wise he's doesnt give a lot of As, since usually he wants a specific answer sa mga quizzes nya (more specifically sa verse interpretations). quizzes are usually true/false questions + essay prompts. i don't think he curves, but i'd say he's B with minimal effort, and B+/A-able with effort.
overall, i think he's a great prof, and i thoroughly enjoyed his class. got a B+ from him in the end, but i would take him again.more
