Hi! I had Ma'am Itao last year for SocSci/NSTP 13.
Overall, good prof whos passionate about what she talks about. She's relatively younger compared to other profs (when she first walked in akala ko nga na studyante sha eh... HAHA), but she does tend to be kind of a pushover...? Not in a bad way naman, but more so in the sense that, if no one is paying attention, she kinda just let's it happen. But she will make a comment about how no one is paying attention every now and then to influence people to pay attention (pls pay attention, ambait na nga ni maam eh)
Anyways, like I said earlier, very good prof who's passionate about what she's talking about and very knowledgable also about current trends in the subject. The course as a whole isn't necessarily life changing, but it can help widen your perspective about the things going on both in the world and in the country if you even at least try to pay attention in her class. Grades pretty well also, B+ with minimal effort. Most submissions are tied in with NSTP eh, so ur just submitting the same thing in two different portals
Another note: super sweet and easy to talk to, also very lenient with deadlines and extensions as long as theres a consensus within the class.more
