- if you ever find yourself in online class, he prefers if you have your cameras on bc it doesn’t feel like he’s talking to the void (he will lecture about it but ultimately, ok lang naman if off cam HAHA)
- there are exams and quizzes, all of them consist of problem solving. pwede calculator! i’d say it’s simple math.
- there’s a group project where, iirc, you pick your own groupmates and build a manufacturing business. you basically go into how the product is manufactured and then distributed. (my group chose an eyeshadow palette and i think sir refrained from making too technical comments bc he didn’t know how eyeshadows worked djdjdjd… so hack: you could pick a niche industry HAHAHA bc then if you have errors in production, di niya malalaman emz)
- i would say he’s a nice person and a good prof! v straightforward and doesn’t like dilly-dallying like any older prof, but you will learn from him! (unlike from others emz) iirc, i got an A for final grade.

i js took him for quant 30 this sem and genuinely, he wasn’t that bad.
we barely had class tho towards the mid-end of the sem lol. discussions were boring but he never asks for recitation or anything. we had 4 LTs and 1 final paper + presentation. the LT’s were not bad at all! he kept saying it was hard but as someone who is a average student and ok in math, i would get a A to B+ in his tests. lowest is a B.
for the paper, ummm HAHAHAHA he was very WEIRD when it came to comments, he didn’t read properly, and he gets very old-man technical yfm. but he does a lot of consultations. paper was very hard tho and he wanted like minimum 150 respondents etc. hes js very old school ngl but not bad.
overall, he isn’t that bad. probs B+ to B with ok effort. classes are very boring, tests weren’t that bad and he was very DAD vibes HAHAHAHAH and if you are failing, he will tell u and allow u to WP!more

Hi! Beadled for Sir Agbayani for QUANT 33 (online) back in Intersession '21 and I can vouch for the comment above :)) He really wants you to learn, so he gives practice exercises for you to answer before a test. As long as you answer them, you're sure to pass naman! They were really helpful, and I recall the quizzes being quite short lang din naman. Aside from the quizzes, we had a group research paper that we presented to him which was easy lang naman as long as you get good groupmates. Also not sure if he still does this but some of us in class were exempted from taking the final exam if you have a B standing or higher already! But you can still take the finals if you want to get a higher grade. He's also super kind and often checks in on his students :)) Overall definitely A-able with effort. Get him!!more

hes also very maarte 😭😭😭 but for his tests, some people would get perfect to -2 highest but people would fail lol 😭 however during the test, he gives hints as to what method to use, what not to do to save time etc. hes really nice js MAARTE HAHAHAHAmore

I took agbayani this intersession and he’s no longer A-able🥲 he only reads through his ppts so most of the time you will have to self-study for his LTs, which are harder now.
make sure to study A LOT for the LTs as these can make or break your grade!! consult din your questionnaires, papers, and research with him.
B-able with effort, A with super maximum effort and if you are good at stat. he mentioned to us that they are also curbing the grade inflation; hence the harder standards for statmore
