Lauengco explains every topic using actual cases he encountered as a lawyer which was super helpful if that method of teaching appeals the most to you! 80% of my notes aren't even the lessons discussed in class but all the legal advice he gives. Always dismisses early, had 2-3 free cuts because he always gets called into work. Sir Gilbert barely shows up during tests as well so his son always takes over and he's a pretty chill proctor himself. (he provides us with A4 and he doesn't mind noise during exams as long as we weren't that obvious when we cheated hahaha)more

[LLAW 111 Business Law and Taxation] 10/10 prof !! he’s very interesting and he uses situations/samples that he has actually experienced, making the cases very easy to understand! He had about 2 long tests, a final exam, and 4 quizzes in total! You will not regret taking him :’) his stories can shock you though A/A+ able with effort B/B+ able with little effort Tldr: take him!more
