Generous grading, A-able NSTP, motherly, few lectures

I had Ma'am Floy for NSTP 12 during my third year. She didn't handle SocSc 13 though, but here's my review.
🚦 Requirements
In all, we had six requirements. Final Integrated Output Pass 1 (10%) which counts as your midterm, Final Integrated Output Pass 2 (20%) which serves as your finals, Individual Reflection Paper (20%), Community Integration (15%) or the actual community visit itself, Community Output or Service (20%) graded by the community and by some people she will invite, and Self and Peer Evaluation (15%). The first three requirements have templates already, you just have to fill it up. Make each section comprehensive, and make sure to triangulate your data: combining insights of the community from the interview, academic sources, readings/topics from NSTP and SocSc, and your own insights. Good thing was since they were paired subjects, all of these requirements were paired too--meaning, you hit two birds in one stone. Most of the comments she will give on the FIO and reflections are more on (1) feasibility, (2) understandability of the output towards the community, and (3) creativity.
🚦 Grading
She is generous with grading imo, but she didn't really release the grades just the comments. She likes it when you really engage with your community like asking them questions, and when they deem your service really usable and practical for them. My tip is to contextualize your output to your course, like for us, NSTP 12 and SocSc 13 were paired with our Instrumental Chemical Analysis course, which made us do chemical analysis on their water, soil, and enterprise. Also, pick good groupmates since everything in NSTP is a group effort, aside from the reflection of course. Academic-wise, a pretty straightforward course that requires humanity, definitely A-able.
🚦 Teaching Style
Again, pretty straightforward with what she teaches. In NSTP 12, we did not have much lectures so I can't really evaluate her teaching style. But based on the few lectures we had with her, her voice is soft which can be boring, and she does not really expound too much on the topic. She's not the instructor you would want if you want impactful learning that will give you eureka moments. But, you can really see her passion and humanity when she engages with the community, which I think is her strength. But she can be passive-aggressive SOMETIMES; I don't know if it's just me but yeah. But overall, Ma'am Floy is a nice instructor with motherly vibes. You can definitely approach her about random things and sometimes joke with her.
