Hi! She was my formator for NSTP 11 last semester ^^Assessments: Sectoral Research Infographic where you have to research on the existing data based on the sector you signed up for, a Pre-engagement worksheet which will serve as a guide for your engagement sessions with your partner community, and a Social Analysis Worksheet. All three are by group (there will be a sign-up sheet at the beginning of the semester so you can sign up for a sector and group). Ma'am Ginger will conduct a post-engagement session with your group to provide feedback on your infographic and social analysis worksheet. Make sure to always read the rubrics because she'll give feedback based on how well you were able to follow it.Workload: It's manageable if you have good groupmates! The bulk of NSTP 11's workload will mainly come from the data you put in your infographic and what you'll learn from the engagement sessions, so it's important that you really align with your groupmates re: delegations and internal deadlines. Ma'am Ginger is also one Canvas message away, so it's very easy to reach her for questions. Others: Ma'am Ginger has very motherly vibes! She oriented us on NSTP the first day of our Theo 12 class. She is straightforward but also gives great feedback on how outputs can be improved. She will also assist you in starting the Social Analysis Worksheet. Very organized Canvas modules (highly recommend skimming through them because it can be disorienting at first with information overload) + she frequently sends Canvas messages for reminders ^^Overall a great formator! i had ma’am pinili last sem and i would say she was an okay prof to have for nstp! i would recommend consulting with her often though especially when prepping for the final presentation. her comments on our group’s outputs were kinda confusing and unexpected but i believe it was a skill issue on our end 🙃 she has high expectations but she rlly made sure that she can help us reach those expectations (had a successful presentation bcs of her help!) overall, chill prof! funny personality toomore

that being said she's really nitpicky and provides inane, unactionable suggestions on ur reqs. very motherly, true, but she's not pretty lenient on deadlines (though understandably so) and she came off condescending to me. my experience with her made me dread attending nstp sessions and working on her reqs. ofc this is anecdotal but yeah that's just memore
